Honestly nothing to complain about. Possibly the best and exceptional stay in winter time. Genuinely professional and especially helpful staff on reception and elsewhere. Comfortable bed, high standard room with a great view of the garden.

The service at the restaurant is polite. The property's location is great and pleasant, just off Carpinteria for an overnight to celebrate a birthday and the downtown area and the garden. They provide many type of service - good bar, great wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. The hotel's staff are amazing and wonderful.

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from The Carpenters Chapel. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with pancakes, 4 meal options, and juice. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. everything was exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again in Carpinteria.
